If you're trying to find a gmail account by name and password, you can use a gmail account search tool to help you locate it. Simply enter the person's name and any other identifying information you have, and the tool will search through google's database to find any matching accounts.

Type your contact's name in the Gmail search bar. And press enter. Gmail will browse through your old conversations. And check if there's a match.

To sign in to your Google Account (or any Google product): Go to the sign in page of the product (for Google Accounts it is myaccount.google.com). Enter your Gmail username (everything that appears before '@gmail.com'). Enter your password.
