I thought the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit was going to feel and ride like a minimal shoe. It doesn't. There is plenty of midsole cushion and even a 6mm drop from heel to toe. I would recommend this shoe for a runner that keeps the regular runs under 10 miles and likes crosstraining.

The Flyknit upper provides a secure, sock-like fit that is very comfortable and without any pressure points. Runners who are typically between sizes may want to size up 1/2 size for adequate length.

The Flyknit upper on the InfinityRN 4 is thick and stretchy—very stretchy that it creates a snug fit for our feet providing great comfort. Its tongue, which is 5.6 mm thick, is right in the range of the 5.8 mm average. We loved this comfy upper which gave us pleasant runs day in and day out.
