Couch to 5k is decent for getting into jogging if you actually follow it. It works to get you comfortably running 30+ minutes even if it's not a 5k. At the end, I was at about 4.3km. It was easy enough to keep going and get to 5km over the next few weeks by continuing to increase the running intervals.
