While the Adidas Sambas have been celebs' go-to choice for sneakers in recent years, the Gazelles have been having a renaissance. This spring, one of the biggest shoewear trends we've spotted on celebs globally seems to be the Adidas Gazelles.

While the materials are pretty similar, the Samba is going to have more natural fibers like suede, leather and textile lining. The Gazelles has a synthetic tongue which can feel a bit different on the foot.

Sizing on these shoes runs a full size bigger; you will likely need to order one size down than your normal size. I typically wear a women's size 8 but with this shoe/style, it was a size 7 that fit right. I read in a few reviews to try sizing down a full size but I was skeptical.

The Gazelle 85 maintains many of the same design hallmarks as the original, with a tweaked upper featuring a wider toe box. The midsole is also stacked slightly thicker.
