02/14Always check the shoe's uppers Specifically feel the shoes' uppers, as fake Nikes opt for cheap plastic surfaces that can be felt carefully. Also, check the accurate placement and size of the Nike logo and the other branding elements as well as precise stitching and clean seals.

Examine the SKU number on the box and the labels inside of the shoes. Every pair of authentic Nike shoes comes with an SKU number that is identical to the SKU number on their box. If the numbers are missing or do not match, they are likely fakes. Check the tongue label.

Locate the tag inside your shoe. All authentic Nike shoes have a tag sewn into them with their size, barcode and model number on it.
