The Ultra BOOST is designed with a seamless mesh that truly hugs the foot. I wasn't sure I liked this (more on that later), but I've grown to love the secure feel these shoes provide; and given the nature of the weave, they're extremely breathable.

Unless you're dragging your feet, they'd last for years. I sold my Ultraboosts years ago, and I wore them almost 1 year, and they did look slightly worn/aged, but the soles are still in tact. No rips on the upper, and they're still very good.
