Add your website to the Webmaster Tools dashboard if you haven't done so already. Select the website you would like to remove the URL from. In the left-hand menu, click on “Configuration” and then “Block URLs.” Under the “Block URLs” section, click on “Add URL to block”

To remove content or a URL from Google search permanently: Take one of the following actions to remove the page permanently: Remove or update the content on your site (images, pages, directories) and make sure that your web server returns either a 404 (Not Found) or 410 (Gone) HTTP status code.

For sites that you've verified ownership for in your Webmaster Tools account, you'll now see a new option under the Diagnostic tab called URL Removals. To get started, simply click the URL Removals link, then New Removal Request. Choose the option that matches the type of removal you'd like.

Open the property settings page of that property and click Remove property. If you are a verified owner, you might also remove the access token you used to verify ownership. If you don't, you can regain access to the property by simply adding the same property in Search Console and clicking Verify.
