Check Your Email Inbox Another way to find websites linked to your email address is to check your email inbox for account registration emails. Many websites will send a confirmation email when you sign up for an account, so you can search your inbox for these emails to see which websites you've registered for.

In the message, select the text or picture that you want to display as the link. On the Insert tab, click Link or Hyperlink. Under Link to, click E-mail Address. Either type the email address that you want in the E-mail address box, or select an email address in the Recently used e-mail addresses list.

To create an email link in HTML, you can use the mailto protocol followed by the recipient's email address. When the link is clicked, the user's email client should open a new email window addressed to the specified email address.
